I am aSHAMEed For The Delay!

I am sorry for the delay but I was out of town on Friday thru Sunday and I was unable to get the podcast on shame recorded. I will be getting it out very soon. I promise! On a brighter note I took my son to his first Major League Baseball game to see the Red Sox against the Angels. We also went to Disneyland where I can tell you they have gone all out for their 50th anniversary. I felt the magic in Disneyland just as I was a little kid again. I may talk about that a little on the podcast. Again I am sorry for not getting the podcast out but being able to do the little things like taking my son to Disneyland and two baseball games are the greatest gifts of recovery. Shame

A New Release To Come Soon

I am feeling a little better. I still have a little cough but my energy level is certainly back up and I am very grateful for that. I recorded and edited the voice audio for episode 13 last night. I have a couple of little things to do and I will have it online sometime tonight. Thank you to everyone again for your love and support as it means so much to me.
